Application:
HD333 and HD333P can be applied on steel structures (1112 o F), such as brake, external wall of metallurgy furnace, containers for chemical reactions and ventilation pipes of automobiles for use at temperature lower than 600 ¡æ .
Performance:
HD333 exhibits excellent anti-corrosion performance with good adhesion properties at temperature of 600 ¡æ .
Coating Structure: use as outer layer coating or base coating
Appearance:
HD333 is dark grey; HD333P is generally silver in color.
Density: 2.2 -2.5g /cm 3 .
Solid content: 75-81wt%
Viscosity ( Tu-4 cup visco-meter ): 40-60s
Constitute: one component (no curing agent).
Theoretic consumption: 4m 2 /Kg (with thickness of dry film).
Thickness: 40-60¦Ìm
Adhesive force (scratch test ): grade 0-2 (GB/T9286-1998)
Anti-corrosion performance: salt spray test £¾ 240hr(GB/T10125)
Water condensation test: £¾ 240hr
Temperature range: Generally 600 ¡æ (1112 o F), or 650 ¡æ (1202 o F) for short time.
