    As a new type of anti-corrosion coating on metal surface, Dacromet is considered a replacement of electroplated zinc and thermally dip-coated zinc. The key lies in the preparation of the superfine flake-like Zn-Al powders. The dacromet with dimension of 10¡Á10¡Á0.1¦Ìm is manufactured by Hangda's unique technique ( China national patent: ZL021449678), which meets the international standard.
     Hangda offers HDX320, HDX350 and HDX380 series Dacromet products.

   Pre-treatment: surface cleaning ¡ú sandblast ¡ú dipping in solution¡úspin dryingCuring: pre-heating at 60~ 80 ¡æ (140~176 o F) for 10min¡ú curing at 300 -320 ¡æ (572-608 o F) for 20-30min ¡úrapid cooling to room temperature
