Galvanization technique is worldwidely used to improve the resistance to heavy-corrosion. Hangda's Zinc-based coatings contain high purity Zn and no environmental pollution. Our HDX6000 (for resistance in heavy corrosion) series Zn-based coatings have been proven to much more superior to hot dipped Zn coating.
Performance:
Zn Content in dry coating: up to 96%;
Lifetime in neutral salt spray: more than 6000h;
Electrical Potential: -1.060V;
Used as it is or mixed with various resins (except alkyd).
Fabrication procedure of Zn-based coating :
Coating application: brush painting, roller painting, spraying
Self curing: Touch dry in 1 hour; Cured to overcoat in 48 hours
Examples of application: sand-blasted surfaces, rust-removed surfaces, moist surfaces, hot galvanized surfaces, surfaces of previous HDX6000 Zn-based coating, Steel components in telecommunication, electric powder, highway, railway, bridge, ship, oil industry, chemical plant etc.
